At Just Shearing we recognize and respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers. We do not sell, trade, disclose or give-away any information we may have on any of customers or members. Our servers employ industry standard security procedures to protect all our information from unauthorised access. We employ other security strategies to try protecting your information.

Why do we gather information?
We collect information from you for the main purpose of processing and delivering your order, including calculating location specific sales taxes, shipping and delivery charges, and for taxation purposes. We may also collect information from you to provide other services to you, such as the "locum list" and photo competition entries. We do not disclose or make available any of your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances, unless required to by law.

What information do we gather?
To ensure justshearing.com.au is a secure, safe, personalised and user-friendly shopping environment we require that when you submit data to our web site that you supply a password with the information (usually on a form) you send.

This will allow us to verify that when you request a change or to delete information, that it is actually you, who had set up the information in the first place. This also goes for changes of email address. Currently we may store your name and contact details, purchase history, orders, any information you supply us to be listed on the Just Shearing Locum list.

This information is currently stored on our computer systems, various paper and backup devices. They are held under a secure environment. Other information required , such as billing address, payment and credit card information, all credit card transactions are currently processed off line - we do not store your credit card details on our website. If the products purchased are a gift, we will require the recipients name and address for delivery, and this will remain on record too.

"Cookies" - What are they & how do we use them?
While using the Just Shearing web site, we may require setting cookies on your computer. A "cookie" is created in your temporary internet cache. A "cookie" is a small harmless text file which gives you a numeric user ID and stores information required to log in to our website. If you elected to receive our newsletters and other periodic information with Just Shearing, and would now prefer not to receive this or any other promotional or product informational emails from Just Shearing please reply to the email from Just Shearing, requesting us to remove you from our contact list (you can choose to have various levels of contact at the time). You may also find the "Contact Us" page on our web site, where you can send an email to us asking to unsubscribe to all messages or certain types of messages. When you do contact us - please supply a valid email address and your password and as much information as you can so we can complete the task.
